So much of what goes on in Little Ferry is discussed behind closed doors and not publicly debated at all. Too often government actions are taken with very little or no public participation.

With so much going on in and around our town, we believe the Voices of Little Ferry – that is -- the voices of the people who live here deserve to be heard and acted upon.  This is, after all, our town.  And it is our future. We should be a big part of shaping our future and not leave it to a handful of politicians.    

There are many issues to be discussed, such as continued flooding in the borough, traffic improvement, redevelopment and government consolidation.  Within a year or so, a major mega mall we all know as Xanadu, now renamed The American Dream mall will open its doors, creating huge volumes of traffic in our area. 

How will all this traffic impact our lives?  What are our mayor and council planning to do about the traffic – if anything?  What will The American Dream mean to our small business community that has served us for many years?

These are just a few of the questions we believe need to be discussed in an open forum free of government intimidation.
